My clean-freak adult son is again coming to visit for Christmas. He must have read my mind about what to have for Christmas dinner because he offered to choose and pay for the dinner. Yippee and how thankful I am. He only buys eats and cooks "healthy meals", and he is a great cook. He taught himself how to shop and cook because he wanted to lose weight and not be eating "junk". It worked, because he looks great. And for exercise does skateboards snowboards and bicycles. - So I'm cleaning and it is very gratifying to have the house look so sparkling fresh. More to go. It is time consuming.

So of course since it is winter I wear more layers of pajamas. So lazy when it is time to weigh in.

Looking around early.
For a Christmas Dinner.
I am not a good cook, So I need something easy.
I am on a budget for food, mostly due to inflation.
To feed 3 people.
We do not like chicken.
I know. This is asking a lot.
Last year we had a rack of pork ribs (for 3 people), baked beans, ruffles potato chips, and cheesecake. All store bought.

Back on track! Keeping my calorie count and a healthy diet. --- No particular eating plan at this time, due to budget constrictions. Frozen veggies are within my spending limitations, and I love them

I went to visit my friend in New York a while ago. I was at the mercy of her eating habits. Like cheesecake for breakfast, with coffee. I didn't get back on track. Nor did I the minute I got home. I am disappointed with the situation. I was a half pound from my first goal and now 8 pounds from it. I have mentioned this in a previous journal entry. I am so good at tracking now. I am happy for that progress. It is hard for me to lose weight due to medical issues - my Doctor says 4 pounds a month would be adequate for me. Going for it! Louise
