Won't make it back to the Ponderosa till after 7 so I'm logging my early a.m. number. Usually better around noon so I'm very pleased with this week's efforts. Back on track. Kiwis have moved on. Youngest is 18 and most of the cake is gone. All I have left is focus! Downhill to 199 Ches!

I was on track for 209 so even though this is only .8 red arrow, it feels like a 3 lb jump. No worries though. Pushing my fast day to tomorrow to allow for beer and brats tonight and a Scrabble rematch with the neighbors. Stop reading now if Scrabble bores you. On that note, I'm a purist and the couple next door have been coaxing us into a patio showdown. Last night, we lost 325 to 286. Here's the thing, their rules involve the use of "the machine" which I never touch and two identical dictionaries which I also don't use unless there's a challenge. What's the fun in that? We used one word from the machine (Melissa wanted to play along and I relented), but they pulled all their words from it including a 7 letter score of which they seemed really proud. I think we'll work out a hybrid rule where we play without it while they can still use it. I see a challenge for me and a soul crushing loss for them very soon. It'll be epic. Neighborhood legend, coming up.

Down a little more and that makes 59 lbs gone since April 11. Lived a little. No booze "ravaging my system" this week but my inner fat boy did have a little cake! I do still have the mad kitchen skills I'll have to contend with for the rest of my life so there's that. I might slip down to the pub and get ravaged maybe tomorrow. Either way, let's all cowboy up this week! We have only 12 weeks til Thanksgiving and I don't know about you, but I'm posting an impressive number the Monday prior and then look out!

Darn lucky to record a loss this week. You know the cowboy believes in accountability. With that said, my GF is completely responsible for this meager loss! That sneaky long legged cowgirl took a day off to match my Thursday off and we spent the afternoon at the cantina eating tacos and drinking margaritas. Had to push my fast day to Friday. God I love that woman! Have a great week everyone!

Fifty six gone. I deserve Mexican food and cervezas! I saw 213 on Friday but didn't hold it. A swing like that is usually a precursor for a good week ahead. Momentum, much like time, is on my side. Yes it is! (Thank you Mick) Have a good week FS People.
