No real activity today. Had to help my son with his homework; visited my neighbour in the hospital...she had a baby! Went to church...there goes the whole day! Wanted to go on the treadmill. No time.

I have been absent for a while...the worst thing I could do for my diet plans. When I document what I eat, I am accountable.
I am glad to be back. Tomorrow I have an appointment with a dietician who hopefully can give me some input in behaviours I can change to expedite my weight loss.
Noticing that a lot of the weight is on my mid-section, which is understandable due to my age. I am trying to lose that weight, as it increases diabetes risk. Hope the dietician can help me with that. When I first started here, I needed to lose 10 pounds. Now it is more like 15 pounds. I am sure this is stress-related. I have more responsibilities at work, helping my parents, and navigating two teen-aged children. Because I now work two weekdays per week, that limits the number of times I can get to the gym. I have to juggle some things around to make this a priority again.
This is not the weight I am supposed to be. I have to change it.
