shark week.. didnt expect to loose much. or show much.. bloating n all 🙄 at 40 this is ridiculous.. AINT NO ONE TRYING TO HAVE A BABY AT THIS AGE GOD!#

did some weight training. started off small since ots my first day back. Tanned with infrared light combo. walked 2 miles in the park after. deep cleaned my kitchen. took a nap. lol this is gunna be a busy week. getting my daughter and bringing her home from ohio this weekend so im working 2 jobs to have money for the week im taking off after. i wont have time to do much but sleep till i leave. but we are all so happy and excited for her to come home. so yay!! have a great week everyone!

no offense to drug users.... im a gas station manager in the city of st louis. i say that to say i see a lot of crackies daily. some are nice people. like the man today. lhh he told me i looked 25 or 26 years old 🤣😭 i didnt know if he was serious or being funny. when i told him i was 40 he looked at me like i was lying to him n finally said i look damn good to be 40.. i said thank you sir i was born in 81. ill be 41 this year.
that made me feel good tho. im always respectful to ANYONE who walks into my store. unless u try to steal.. dont do that.. the owner GIVES NO F WORDS!! He will fight for his store employees and regular customers!! he is a great man fr! i love working for him even tho lets be honest. its not safe anywhere in the city. ok done rambling. lol happy sat night! im home watching UFC!!

I am 4lbs away from where i was when i quit 10 years ago 😭🤗 there is no quiting this time and I am forever going forward.. if the world ends i meed to be fit enough to be able to move/walk everyday to stay safe. camp at night. i love camping. im sure it wont be fun then but... lol yall i know im crazy a tad bit lol happy weekend.
