So I cut my morning walk like in half. Both my girls woke me up and I only netted about 5 1/2 to 6 hours of sleep. I just don't want to risk walking that far in the dark all morning spaced out.

Also I have become aware of calories though the diary (and switched away from my regular sodas to diet/clear american) I have noticed a huge cut in how much I am eating. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hungry. I'm not starving myself.

Just yesterday for example: I made a point of getting bok choy and assorted veggies at the store vs fried chicken, a french bread and some cheese to make a sandwich in the car! And going home and making my mu goo guy pan, not ordering it from bingo's. Thus I only ate a couple hundered calories for supper but it was two gumbo bowls full of sauce laden nummy veggie goodness!

But I don't want to burn extra calories (aka exercise) if I am burning enough thur day to day activates and am eating only a slight bit of calories. One of my friend mentioned calorie restriction is almost what I'm doing. So I'm going to look that up.
