Had surgery a few weeks ago and haven’t had much of an appetite so not sure how real this weight loss is and if it’ll go back up some when I’m eating normally again. Going to try keep it off!

After the holidays I really need to get back on track. I’m way over eating… a comfort thing for me. Still in the complicated mess with my husband. I filed for divorce but came to the realization that going through the divorce was more stressful than just staying with this as he wasn’t going to make it easy (he didn’t want to divorce). Odd thing is we don’t fight, get along fine as long as I don’t talk about my feelings, our relationship or the other woman 😂😂. So no real communication. But at our age it would be a financial mess to divorce and it’s hard for me to turn my back on him. I just need to stop with this comfort eating. Get back on track. Have my health and happiness a priority. Find my joy when and where I can and be grateful for all the wonderful people in my life. Life is good and time is getting shorter. I hope everyone will have a happy and healthy 2024!
