Going to strive to do IF up to either 20/4 or, OMG...maybe even 23/1...I KNOW that I CAN DO THIS!! I just got some disturbing news about my last blood draw...I MAY HAVE Leukemia... Like I need something like that on top of all of my other health problems. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME, for those of you that pray, please!!!

Been not feeling too well, have infection in spine since laminectomy. Had CT Scan on Monday, see Surgeon on Tuesday at 9:00am. Just hoping I don't end up in the hospital before my appointment. Sticking to my diet, though...so progress is still going in the right direction again!!! It is SOOOOOOOOO weird that I had to LOWER my calories...I was doing 1800 to the max recommended of 2000. Now I am doing 1200 to the max of 1400, and the small stint with IF 16/8 got the stall jumpstarted...

I am putting my IF on hold while I'm on these powerful antibiotics. The side effects were so bad, that doc said take with food and add 2 yogurts a day...I already take Rx probiotics (Culturelle)... just wasn't enough. Having gastroparesis doesn't help. Uugghhhh!! So I found the lowest carb yogurt in the store we were in...still has 9 grams...so I'm trying to stay under 30 carbs for the day for the remaining time on antibiotics... started them on Monday, and no weight gain so far...THANK GOODNESS!!! But, no weight loss this week either...which makes me VERY HAPPY!!!
HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING GREAT!! SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN AROUND MUCH THIS WEEK...I FEEL LIKE DEATH WARMED OVER!!! I have been on FB some, if anyone wants to join me there I'm Nikki Lindell-Evans on FB. There's a very good LCHF support group I joined...lots of great info...

Was a great week...although I skipped doing IF this week, I still dropped 3 more pounds!! Yay! I actually tried riding my Terra Tryke today...we went 2 miles around the bike trail by our house!!! My back didn't bother me at all! It WAS a little difficult getting in and out, and Rick had to adjust the right side handle...things are SOOOOOOOOO MUCH harder to recuperate from an emergency laminectomy when you have a torn rotator cuff and a broken wrist at the same time...lol lol!! I'm getting there, though!!! Thank you all for your support!!
