I'm back at it. I've maintained for the most part, but gained a little more than I'd like. I'm going to continue maintenance until August.

Ugh. I think I have a kidney stone. This gain is probably inflammation.
I started training again so muscles hold on to more water when beginning a program.

Carb night got a little out of hand last night. Decided to go out on a 'date' and threw caution to the wind. It doesn't happen much and we don't go out that often. Oh well.
I'm going to start training this week. I'm using BodySpace to record my training progress and remaining on FS to record my food.

I'm down 1 pound from this time last week. Not bad.
I'm trying out another tracking website right now. I've been very happy with FS but my health insurance through work offers a 'program' and several co-workers are considering this program. It's free and they offer a pretty cool 'starter kit'. The worst thing about this 'program' is that it is the traditional nutrition advice that is doomed to fail. The only reason I would switch sites and participate in this 'program' is to support my co-workers.
