So this is the weight gain for about 5 months, I’m planing on changing my eating habits again. I’m hoping I can control myself even more and not lead towards binge eating.

Made this today ! First time making an omelette ( thank you youtube ! ) and it was real filling tbh I got the idea from IHOP cheeseburger omelette and let me tell you this was AMAZING!

One thing that I’m finding hard is letting go of my fear for calories. I did have eating disorder tendencies for these past year and I know that is definitely not the way to go! So I’m letting go of restricting / purging and trying to really set foot in the right direction. But oh my Jesus it just worries me in my head like it’s irrational I know 1200 calories won’t make me gain 10 pounds but the fear is there. And technically I am obese but I did manage to loose loads of weight ( over 30 pounds ) this is my take 2 at dieting and actually being healthier!

First breakfast since FOREVER, it’s not that I don’t want to eat early in the morning it’s just I wake up at 5 and have to be ready by 6 no time so I’m trying this for now hopefully it fuels me
