Happily matried to a excellent cook, hence the weight gain. I’m right in the middle of menopause and just let myself go. Not feeling good about yourself only enhances the eating and weight gain. Realizing that I need to get off my booty and do something about it.

I’m hoping to workout more and eat less. Isn’t that the motto. Lol.
