I'm a mother of three ages 26, 15 and 9. You can imagine having babies that far apart didn't help my waistline. I also have weight problems and Type 2 diabetes on my mother's side, which I take after.

I'm approaching 50 and decided it was time to stop being complacent and start taking action. I don't have diabetes yet, so if I lose the weight I stand a good chance of not getting it.

Plus I'd like to feel and look good again. Enough said!
