My name is Franchesca. I am determined to live healthy for myself and my family. This is my time to do what I have to do to better myself. I am overweight and have been for quite some time. Always tired unable to play with my kids, always want to stay home and sleep. I started my journey November 14, 2017. I starting weight was 226 lbs; at my heaviest I have been 235 lbs. Since I've changed my eating habits and have become more active I have lost 11 lbs. I try to keep myself motivated to stay on the right track. I know that if I continue to do my best, I will see thr results I been looking for.
