I am having open heart surgery 11/9/17 to repair a congenital defect and valve repair/replacement, so the Keto diet I am trying to do is going to be difficult while in the hospital. I can do the LC part but they won't be giving me the healthy fats I need to burn fat. Not to mention they will make me do a glucose drip to keep my blood sugar between 80-150 YIKES I am normally between 80-94! Once I am home back to the LCHF way of life.
