I have used Fat Secret for so long to look up nutritional value of food, but didn't realize they had an app till recently. I am on a 12 week challenge for Golds Gym and love this app for counting carbs, proteins and fats. I hope to change my eating habits, lose weight, gain muscle and continue my journey of fitness!
