Im 21 my name is samantha
when i was in school i was not this heavy (236) and i guess i stop being as active n i put on weight. I lose some weight last year got down to 220 and gain it back slowly. When i did start to notice i was saying to myself. Im going walking tomorrow. And didnt then when the weather started to get cold here. I never did get started and work make things difficult. I work in the health care field from 3-11 so my hours are funky. And sometimes i have to work extra shifts. But one day i was off n was reading up on what yu should eat and how much you should eat a day on the supertracker website thats how i got started just changing the way i eat. But its so hard to log food on there, than i found this app after going through several other. I been losing weight very slowly but everyones so proud of me. But i forget that when other put down i just want to eat whatever and everything in site.
I like art and crafts.
