I just found out I have a gluten intolerance had been doing Weight Watchers lost 20 # quit smoking gained all but one pound back. Then changed to Atkins (no Gluten) i have lost 10 lbs since the 9th of Jan. feeling good and love the change no more feeling sick. I have a full time job 3 children ages 23, 20, 19. Two grandaughters who have my heart 3, and 1 year old. Married.
