im trying to loss all my baby weight iv alway been low 135 lbs highs 150 lbs when i had my kids i went up to 260 lbs iv lost alot on the weight in june when i went over seas. got back to the usa and just stopped losing the weight i need all the support from my fatsecret friends iv got my head in the game and im trying to stick to this 800 cal. diet the dr put me on she is the best weight loss dr iv ever meet :-)
