I am 43 years old and I had a baby 1 year ago and I have not been able to lose the weight. My son Nicolas was in the NICU for 4-months and we were 200 miles away from home so 80% of the time I ate out and it was not always the healthiest. I haven't struggled with weight loss in the past but this time around it's been difficult. I work out 3-4 days a week and eat healthy 5-6 days a week.
