What can I say about myself: born March 1957, I am grey haired and have a monks cap :) Body giving up, but brain says 'Hell No' still too much to do :)
Holding down 2 jobs and a gorgeous wife and an increasing number of grandchildren.
Reading/watching a lot of YouTube podcasts on Health and Nutrition and enjoy cooking for myself and eating out $) Weight loss is very bumpy and is definitely correlated to my focus on exercise and eating better food: and at the moment (Aug 2024) weight is in a downward direction....
