Hello my fellow FatSecret friends! I’m Amanda. My weight loss journey has been somewhat of an uphill battle. I know what I’m supposed to do to keep losing and to stay trim... unfortunately, I’m a stress/emotional eater. In 2006 my brother was in a car accident and I didn’t know if he’d make it. I remember that I started eating then to comfort myself. I remember thinking “I can’t keep doing this to myself.” Now here I am several years later still trying to get ahold of myself. I’m a single mother of 5 children, a full time college student pursing my nursing degree and I work full time. Stress I’m my world is an understatement!! It’s a balancing act. I’m back in though, reaching out for hands to help hold me through this!! Thank you all ♥️
