I weighed between 118 - 125 until I was 33 and got put on bi-polar meds. Shortly I put on 60 pounds and am now 44 and not only have not been able to get it off, I have gained more. I am at my top weight ever and am very frustrated! But, honestly at the same time I get very discouraged very easy sometimes and give in to an unhealthy routine!
