It has been 3 years since I was traded in for a blondie 19 years my junior. Well girfriend she can have him. I have never felt so good about myself. Found the old me again and very happy with it. Have taken steps to make myself happy and about to begin a new adventure. The lapband has been part of my life for over 7 months now and no it's not as easy as people think but for me it has been worth the money and the hard work. From 99.6 to 78.8 (this morning). So you can imagine how I feel. My confidence is only going up and goal setting is now a daily thing. Yep goal posts change but my end goal is now in sight. never thought I'd see the end of the tunnel. I've just turned 48 am still single but have taken the time to heal. For anyone who goes off the rails after they get their heart, self confidence and life destroyed, I'm living proof of finding your true self again after a marriage break up. Girls and boys look after yourself, you're number one, never forget that:) you're worth being loved and I'm sure I will meet my dream man one day.........
