Hello, just a little information about myself. I am a 64 year old Warehouse/delivery driver that has chronic lower back pain due to the excessive weight I am carrying around. Being a delivery driver I don’t get much exercise all day, so I am going to start watching my diet, get more exercise and hopefully this will help my back pain not to mention improve my over all health. And most important of all, I need to be around to grow old with my wife, kids and grandkids!
