As a child I was always over weight- My mother was an amazing cook, southern at that.
When I was 16 I decided I was tired of being the fat girl and went from 190 to 115 in 6 mths- way too fast, struggle, starve to keep the weight off. I manage to stay at 135 till my second child. No excuses I love to cook and eat!
Now divorced 6 years, children grown. Need to concentrate on getting healthy.
So here I am, and enjoy the community forum.
