Ok, so I posted yesterday that I had gained 3 lbs over the weekend due to travel, poor choices, etc. Well, today is a new day, because I "lost" 4.5 lbs overnight! I'm not logging either weight entry and will wait and see what tomorrow brings. Oftentimes that scale is not user friendly.
