Much better to get those thoughts out then try to smother them with food. Be proud of that. It's a good win all by itself.

Maybe - just maybe... tell your boyfriend that it annoyed you and that he needs to support you better when times get tough like today. And if that don't work then call a close friend and ask them to talk with you for a while until craving or feeling goes away - just saying because we all go through it at one time or another :)

Sounds like you are making good choices :). It bugs me to no end when hubby gorges himself or sits talking to me while eating junk. He loses weight by skipping one snack grrr.

I'll be here even if you gorge down those foods, but it is better you don't
because that's better for your health.
Don't eat those foods that are going to consume you afterwards.
I know it's not easy, but you are capable.
