Did a little backtracking, we celebrated our 44th anniversary, so we went overboard on calories for a few days. Thank heavens I only gained a couple of pounds because I was afraid to step on the scales. Already back on track and the first full week of the month will be a week of 750 calories per day, so I should catch up. Also got a Fitbit, so keeping track of exercise, sleep, and nudging me to get out of my chair when I get lazy should all help.
