Obviously going in the wrong direction. Maybe I need to get a better handle on stress levels. My immediate action plan is to shift lunch later, still skip breakfast, so that all the eating happens between 2 and 8. Will also take grains out of the diet. To keep track of that, I'll journal here if each day was a W or L depending on if I did those things.
There's no way anything over 155 is healthy for me.
