Hi everyone, today is the first time I have ever wrote a journal entry on here cause I'm a little shy and never know what to say usually, but today I'm going to try this out and see if the support I get on here will help me succeed. Well about 3 to 4 days ago, I was trying to get back into ketosis which I did, but small ketosis. So, I was really happy that I got back into at least small again but then I woke up this morning and tested myself and was severely disappointed with myself cause I somehow messed up and woke up not in ketosis at all. 😩
Anyways so I did the worst thing I could of done and figured well since I'm not in ketosis anymore I might as well have a piece of cake, 6 chicken nuggets, sweet potatoe and few other not so bad things, but still. So I didn't know what to do to get out those calories and carbs out, so I did a very bad thing by purging to fix what I messed up today instead of keep on going eating low carbs, and no sugar. I'm
not happy about what I did. But I'm hoping for some positive motivation and help getting back on track and not doing what I did today again. Thanks for listening!
