Hi all,
Day four was up and down. It started out great, Crumbcake and I felt really good in the morning, then I made a mistake. I thought about how many calories each keto-coffee contained and decided to skip them and eat more food later. The day was very windy again and I felt annoyed, however Crumbcake was so excited to walk I just could not deny him. He was running, jumping, and laughing (all inside of course) so I let him have fun.
Got to work and I was hungry. I'm trying not to eat until 1:00, but broke down around 11:30. Tried to eat slowly chewing each bite, but the lunch just disappeared. I drank water, coffee and still hungry. Wished I would have just had my 2 keto-coffees, the fat fills me up and less hunger. Lesson learned.
Left work starving, got home to a piece of chicken thigh and a fat bomb. Ate a slice of cheese with some turkey pepperoni (not planned) drank some water, finally not hungry, went to bed.
Now I have decided to weigh only on Fridays, stepped on the scale and had gained a lbs. Of course last week I weighed after fasting, this week before. Crumbcake had a meltdown, but looking in the mirror, I looked smaller somehow. So, I got out the measuring tape and sure enough, I have lost another inch on my waist. So, we are happy!
Hope you all have a successful weekend on you eating plans. I have to fast or I would just sit here and eat everything once I get started. THis will be my first 3 day fast in the series. Today I will pray for all of you!
