I started keto style and of last week. I have been at a stall for a long time just following LC high protein normal fat intake. Something needed to change so I am trying this WOE. At Dr appt last week I weighed in at 177.6 on their scale. Mine at home said I was 1lb heavier and that is what I go by for consistent weigh ins.so. original start weight for keto was 178.6. Today I am down to 172.8, full disclosure i was a sleeve to bypass revision 2015/2017. Hopefully no other issues with my tummy :)

Thank You! How has your journey been? Revision was for reflux/aspiration issues. So yes it has been great in that respect! The weightloss was not dramatic after that. But, I now have great BP, no reflux, no more T2 diabetes, and I am just a stoned throw from a 100lb weightloss total :). It has worked out.
