I know it's probably MOSTLY just losing water weight and bloat so far, but this approach to getting started has been really good for me mentally just to feel flushed out, and totally take the guesswork out of how to eat when meal replacing, and on supplements, and hopefully that'll just end up being such a good jumpstart for my mentality going forward.
