Went to my weight doctor this week to jumpstart a diet to lose weight again. She once helped me lose 50 lbs. so I think she can help me drop 20 this time and get back to my normal weight. I got on the scale and was checked, I am at 193.6 and have 30% body fat. Once again, the journey begins.
