Been "raw till 4" for about 3 days now. Woke up earlier than usual this morning. Had to pee really bad...probably because 80% of my food is water now 😂 When I moved in September I fell off the vegan wagon because no one in my family is or supports it. Lots of dining out. Family gatherings. I'd been gone for 26 years so its been a double edged sword for me. Now that the newness of my being home again has worn off, I'm swearing off animal products again. 3 days in and I already feel better. I slept really well last night.
