As part of a 90 day spiritual/study/meditation program I’m doing, we are all supposed to minimize our use of electronic devices. So, I’m only using FS to keep track of calories and carbs, with occasional weigh-ins. (I was 201# a couple of days ago, then went up to 205 (all water weight) and this am was back down to 203.0. I’m not going to chart these 2# up, 3#down5# up, 4# down anymore — because my weight can go up and down by 4 or 5 # in a single day; it messes up the calculations and shows me GAINING as much as 31# a week, which is crazy. So I’m only going to chart weight gains if they seem permanent.)

I now weigh the least I have weighed in 10 years; doing this only by diet
