Up a bit and doing well. Very busy day at work yesterday – and ended up working later than I should have. I didn’t sleep super well, but still got up on time to go to the gym. I have increased the incline on the treadmill from 2.5 to 3.0. I don’t feel much of a difference but it means I get an extra 50ft of elevation gain in the run. Going to be another busy day at work.
