Non-scale victory: I realize I’ve been committed to my goals for a good 6 months now. Even though my average loss rate is less than 1 lb per week, the overall effect is progress and better health because I have reached out for accountability and support. So I’m proud of myself for doing the right thing for my health for the last 6 months. Here’s to six more months of continued benefits, God willing!
