Not much to tell really. Yestarday I got hung up on work and then had to wentstraight home, so I couldn't go to the gym...I was already focused!! Anyhow, my colorie count was low, so no biggie, I didn't eat offlimits foods..OK, just a little. I will definitely go to the Gym today, and respect what I entered in my food diary.
