Not much to tell really.
Yestarday I got hung up on work and then had to wentstraight home, so I couldn't go to the gym...I was already focused!!
Anyhow, my colorie count was low, so no biggie, I didn't eat offlimits foods..OK, just a little.
I will definitely go to the Gym today, and respect what I entered in my food diary.

We all have those days that take us off our plan no matter how focused we are, it happens. The important thing is to just pick up where you left off and keep going....often we let something like that defeat us and it leads us further away. You are certainly focused JC, enjoy your workout out today... :)
