So far so good! I am not hungry on this diet (thank goodness). I will admit that I have to be strong right now and not just eat because I can....I mean, I have the urge to snack at night and have been working hard to really determine if I am hungry or just in the habit of snacking at night. I have discovered a small prepacked diet jello works out really well if I decide it is hunger. If just an urge and not really hunger, well then I drink a diet tea. I am wondering if I have been eating instead of drinking when I have been thirsty in the past.
Regardless of being on the Atkins Diet, I have decided to also watch my calories too. Just seems to make sense and I hope this helps stop me from stalling in my weight loss after a few weeks.

Be careful with that. Atkins is not a low-calorie plan. When following Atkins, you need to consume 1500-1800 calories a day. For some of us, that is much lower than what we were eating, but if it's not - you'll want to increase this.

I am consuming 1300 -1400 which is actually about what I usually consume off a diet. Problem has been that I have been on so many different diets in the last ten years I had to go under 1,000 on a low cal to work (would you believe a weightloss center had me that low)! Rest assured, this is not low for me and I feel like I am getting to eat more :). The difference I can already see is I am not hungry (so amazing). I can proudly tell you I am on track to drink my required water today too. Thanks for the support!
