Keep going! There isn’t much you can do about the bills, except pay them as best you can, but your weight, you have complete and total control and perhaps if youre successful in that, you won’t feel doubly bad when youre stressed by both issues. This is how Im dealing with some major unwanted lifestyle changes, and Im becoming more “okay” with them as I make changes in myself. Hang tough! All of the best!
