I'm kind of satisfied with the result, although I'm sure it could've been better.
Bottom line, I'm finally noticing results in my overall posture, mood, and a lot of things that I never realized.
Maybe part of the weight loss was due to my sickness..or maybe not, who knows?
What I do know is that I'll keep on giving my maximum effort until my goal is accomplished.

wow now that's a nice weight loss, I know you were sick and its a heck of a way to lose weight. I know that eating wrong not only affects our bodies but also our minds...we are what we eat..our minds become just a glogged as our arteries with bad food choices. I know when I follow my eating plan I mentally feel much better. You are and will give your best and the results will show that...way to go JC.
