I got lot of weight to go i just want to get more motivated please if somebody would help please. How do you stay motivated i would appreciate it thank you i know I need to get my self esteem up so I got to do it go again weight is bouncing up and down got to keep trying to get down I've done it before in past i can do it again

I look at my grandchildren and my children realizing as a single mom turning 50 this year that they need me here for a long time to come. My weight loss is for me but it is for them too. My wish for 50 is to go zip lining. I need to be lighter to feel safe doing it. I have more motivation than just these but these top the list. Good luck. We can do this. I am four weeks in and 21 pounds down already.
