Hi Buddies,
Doing 16 fasting and my Dad is doing it too. It's pretty funny b/c he is getting an idea of "what I go through" he said. HAHA. It's not even the hard 16 hour fast either. It is way easier to eat from 12 to 8 than 8 to 4. And anyway, I don't really like eating past 7 if I can help it.
So he cooks me breakfast at 12 and I am cooking him dinner at 6.
It's hard to work here in the condo next to the ocean. You don't want to work - you want to go out in the sun! I don't know how you nice weather folks do it. At least when it's gray, cold, and snowy you don't care if you are inside!
