Omg, ate breakfast this morning, a little goat and blue cheese, a few slices of salami and I was good until my hard boiled eggs and fruit at lunchtime. I had previously been doing the starvation thing, seriously restricting my calories which had been effective but it put me in a foul mood. This is much better. I’ll be repeating this method, and it helps to teach me better eating habits.
