Im having a panic attack right now and i really need help😭 so my weight has been going crazy lately and i was looking up what could be happening and apparently it could be a “weight loss plateau” which means I need to change up my life style. And the thing is that I planed my weight loss to be skinny for summer and it’s not going well at all and im so scared i dont know what to do😭 im gonna continue this diet and if i keep gaining weight then i need to lower my calories and add exercise

you need to exercise less but more intense that's how I got around mine and eat more things high in protein fiber and healthy fats ( fish, fruit, lean meats)

Thank you so much im gonna try that. My goal is only eat whole foods for the rest of the week and hopefully i’ll have a change by sunday cuz i gained back 4 pounds in three days😓

Hey! Stay positive. Everyone can get plateau stage. It’s absolutely fine. Please, don’t punish yourself to much about it. You can try to make some cardio sessions with higher Heart rate.

Try zumba for a fun, intense workout. Lots of great vids online so you can start at home if you have a room large enough.

If you're only dieting and not exercising, that might be the reason for the slowdown. I don't know how your meals are going but make sure you don't skip any meals or else your body will go into a kind of shutdown where it holds onto all the fat to use as energy because it doesn't know when it'll get its next meal. Exercise lightly at first and you might see a positive change after a week. If not, exercise harder when you do it before you restrict any more calories. It's only March now, so I'm positive you'll be skinny for summer!
