I'm so glad I lost almost a pound. I became frustrated last week from hearing others talking about the keto diet/Atkins/low-carb & high-fat. It made me binge of raisins and sunflower seeds lol. I actually gained a pound or two, but thankfully I just lost that back. The reason why I'm actually on a low-carb diet is because of my health. I have leaky gut syndrome, and that requires me to eat that way or else I would be putting my body at risk of getting an auto-immune disease like Celiac's or Graves. Getting a disease like that can cause emaciation, but that's why I'm doing this diet to help heal my gut so I won't get those diseases or be thin like that. I love doing these diets. Some people don't like them, but for some of us it's a health issue and some people are carbohydrate-sensitive.
