I was very pleased to see that I had lost over two pounds last week. I have been working out hard and watching my diet so closely. I did have a few slip ups but then ate a little less the next day. My kids are on their spring break next week and it is a bit harder to workout when they are home so I might have to just get a bit earlier and get at it. Long before they wake up. My surgery date is fast approaching so I have to get as strong as I can before then.
