Ate some banana for potassium this morning giving some love to muscles yesterday helped...I feel a lot better today. Still a little sore in upper back and tops of legs but very manageable. Off to work and leg work out today at gym. Have a wonderful day everyone!

tomatoes are also supposed to be good for soreness like that. It is commendable that you're working out through your pains.
