well end of week 2, did not drop as much as I had hoped, did really well every day except the "2" parties I had this weekend, both at restaurants, I did really well with the food on Friday (work party) but had too much wine....did better with the wine on sat (bestfriend turned 50) but no so well with the food, I did "ok", sampled a little of everything only a few bites of cake, I did save my bonus 35 points for the weekend but I am sure I went over.
Now this week.....my "significant others" birthday dinner at a fondue rest is Wednesday....Saturday is my mothers birthday brunch...Saturday night is our 9 year anniversary dinner out at a prefix 8 course dinner.....Sunday we are having a small party at our house!! Any idea how I am going to handle THAT!!I just have to be REALLY good the other days....next week ALL the celebrations are done...my goal for the week is not to gain at least....

Try to eat low, low POINT foods the rest of the day. Make some 0 POINT veggie soup and fill up on that. Fruit, salad, etc. Try eating a salad or soup right before you go out so you will not be starving. Do exercise on all days to increase your metabolism and earn extra activity POINTS. When you can't have something low cal, eat slowly and enjoy every mouthful to its fullest extent. Stop before you are full. Then, when all the parties die down, you can go back to following the plan more strictly. Don't let it get you down. Focus on maintaining weight through this time. Worry about losing later on. And most importantly, have fun!
