Well its weigh in Wednesday tomorrow and I am not sure what to expect. Last week I kinda knew that I had done well, I could feel it. This week I am not so sure. I have drunk so much water today so that I can flush as much fat as possible before tomorrow (!) that I have been on the loo every hour!

I'm sure you will be fine. But don't forget - our bodies will stop losing from time to time as it will need to readjust from previous losses. Dont let this discourage you from the fantastic work you are doing.

I know how you feel. I drink about 120 oz. a day and I am always running to the bathroom. Good luck.
